Moving Beyond Management is about empowering our teams to succeed, equipping our managers to lead, and enabling our executives to unlock the secrets of high performing organizations.

I’m on a mission. Too often our day jobs are tedious, uninspired, even oppresive. Less than 20% of today’s workforce are professionally satisfied in their current jobs. Too often our managers are held to impossible expectations, and brace for the inevitible criticism. Too often we do too much of the wrong work, all at the same time. Too often our jobs are buried in chaos, and our projects fail to deliver.

I’m on a mission. We’ve entered fully into the knowledge age, where results require new tools and new thinking. The old ways of doing business are too slow. To be relevent, we need our products and services to deliver early and deliver often. The only way we can deliver on these expectations, is to discover the ingredients for high performing organizations.
