Great write-up explaining how Open Space works in a nutshell. I had my first taste last year at Open Agile SoCal (www.agileopencalifornia.com). At the Scrum Gathering, I joined in with groups on community, coaching circles and using improv for team building. Great insights and next steps from each of them.

Thanks for the kind words, Scott. Last year’s Scrum Gathering was my first exposure to Open Space, where we had some good conversations about PMI Agile. This year, I too checked in on the community session, and it sounded like they came up with some great suggestions.
